SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

PRODUCTION

All shirts and dresses are custom printed and made to order and take appx 3-5 business days.  After production has completed, a shipping notification will be emailed to you once your order is packaged and ready to ship.  From that day, you may calculate your shipping times according to the shipping method you paid.  Most all shipping times within the US fall in a 2-5 day shipping time.  Please understand that SHIP times are not included in PRODUCTION times.  If you pay for 2 day shipping, that time cannot be calculated until the order has been placed into a SHIPPED status.  If you need to rush your production times, in addition to, the rushed shipping, please make sure to add the RUSH PROCESSING fee to your order or it will be processed according to normal standards.

 

USPS

USPS SHIPPING: We offer FREE USPS SHIPPING for all orders over $99. All other orders will be shipped according to the method chosen at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the customer's location and shipping service used.

-Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer Local Pickup to our customers living in/near Jacksonville, FL. Available pickup time will vary based on items requested.  Please speak with a member of our boutique to discuss time needed to complete your order.  Standard production times are 3-5 business days.  However, we do offer Rush Processing, for an additional fee, for all orders needed in less than 7 days. Choose the Local Pick-Up option at checkout under shipping method.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-Our customer service hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST.
-Orders for in stock, non-customized items placed before Noon typically ship the same business day unless we are experiencing extreme sales volume or following a site-wide sale. Orders placed after Noon, and are in stock, will ship out the next business day. All of our designed apparel is considered a custom print as it is made to order and requires 3-5 business days for production, prior to shipping. 
-Because of our expedited order processing, we cannot make product substitutions once an order has been placed.
-Please note, International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped USPS. Stated USPS shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery within the carrier estimated delivery days.
-All orders shipped to P.O. boxes are shipped USPS.
-APO/FPO address are shipped USPS as required by law.
-International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer's responsibility.
-If you have any delivery exceptions with your order, notify us within 5 business days (M-F) of your expected delivery day. We cannot be financially responsible for expenses incurred if you do not report your issue to us within this time frame.
-If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping, as well as, any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no store credit.
-International Shipments take appx 7-10 days, however, please allow up to 3 weeks due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.

 

RETURNS

CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS 

All sales are final on customized or personalized items. All T-shirt’s are considered custom as they are made to order. 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PERSONALIZATION SPELLING, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND SIZE CHOICES BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. A SIZE CHART WITH THE GARMENTS ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS IS PROVIDED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WITH CUSTOMIZATION, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON NON-PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Non customized/personalized items can be returned for full credit or exchanged (less shipping costs) if we are contacted within 7 business days of delivery. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If it is an error on our part, we will happily replace the incorrect item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Item(s) need to be returned in unwashed and unused condition postmarked for return within 3 business days from the time you contact us for refund. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your return and refund, which can take up to 3 business days. Depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request, it can take up to 5-10 business days.

For exchanges we will ship your new selection if available of equal value (not including taxes and shipping) within 3 business days.
